
Kat has led wellness sessions at Google and in farmworker communities in the same week. That is not a coincidence. It is what Be the Change Collective was built for. Most wellness education is built for people who already have access. BTC was founded on a different belief, and as Executive Director, Kat Da Silva stewards that mission forward, bringing nervous system science, breathwork, and resilience-based practices to the people and places that need it most.
With a background in psychology and 12+ years of experience, she specializes in helping people navigate stress, burnout, and grief. Not by pushing through, but by coming back to themselves. She weaves together somatic resilience practices, mindful movement, and breathwork into experiences that are grounded in research and guided by intuition. She holds a B.S. in Psychology and certifications in yoga, nervous system- based solutions for stress, grief, and somatic resilience. She is a mom, a lover of sunshine and water, and someone who finds deep joy in watching people discover what they carry within them.
