Our ticketing provider, Zeffy.com, does not charge a transaction fee for your purchase. Instead, they ask for a donation to cover the cost of processing your purchase.
When purchasing your tickets — after you enter your name and email, and before you enter your credit/debit card information, you will see a summary of your purchase. The summary shows the total for the ticket(s) you selected, and a suggested amount to “Support the 100% free platform we use.” Click on the amount suggested and select “Other”
If you choose “Other, a “Contribution” box will appear. While you can choose to donate $0, we suggest you do choose to donate $3-5 or more per seat purchased to cover the transaction processing fees. Otherwise, Zeffy will default to charging $12.75 for a single seat at regular price.
